About

MEET LISA SHEPERT, CPCC, PCC

I will tell you a little about myself, but I’m more interested in hearing about you, so I hope you will drop me a line.

I discovered coaching over 20 years ago while living in Vancouver after working in exciting mid-level marketing roles that did not fill my soul. I knew I was destined to work in people development and finally took the leap into the unknown and landed in a place far better than I could have imagined – founding and operating a successful coaching practice to help others aim higher and leap into the unknown to reach their goals.

Spirited, direct, caring, candid, respectful, trustworthy and wise: these are a few words to describe me and my style of coaching. I bring lots of energy and enthusiasm to my coaching and believe anything IS possible.

If you are looking for results in your life, are committed to doing the work required to achieve those results, and you want someone in your corner to encourage, support and give you a nudge, then I may be the coach for you. I have always believed that everyone needs a coach, they just don’t know it.

Check out an interview I did on Global News, where I talk more about what coaching is and how it can help people of all ages and stages. I’m also listed as one of the top executive coaches in Edmonton, according to Influence Digest.

“I was impressed with Lisa's intuitive, non-threatening way of helping me to find different ways of reaching my goals. Lisa challenged me to set goals and follow through, something I have a hard time doing. I found it beneficial to have a fresh, non-judgmental perspective and will continue to find success using the tools she provided to me
